Katie brings a personal touch and a wealth of experience to every real estate transaction she supports. As a dedicated Transaction Coordinator (TC), she truly understands how much agents juggle—from managing client expectations to navigating tight timelines and complex paperwork.

Having worked closely with agents, Katie knows the pressure they’re under, which is why she’s passionate about stepping in to streamline the process. Outside of work, Katie is always up for an adventure. She and her husband love traveling—especially if there’s a lake involved. While he’s usually out fishing, Katie enjoys hiking the nearby trails and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. When she's home, you’ll likely find her tending to her garden or enjoying time with friends.

Growing up in Lodi, CA, she’s a big fan of the local wine scene and often takes weekend trips to explore new wineries, indulge in great food, and enjoy everything the Central Valley has to offer. 

Tina Padron started in the business as a bank teller for a national bank when she was 16 years old. Quickly outgrowing that position she was recruited by a mortgage lender to be a loan servicing agent (collections of hard money loans, foreclosure process and bankruptcy proceedings) and later became the loan servicing manager. 

In 1999, a great sales rep, named Venus Star Collins thought she had excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail…and so began the life of an escrow girl in a crazy market. She began working for Fidelity National Title in 1999 as an Escrow Assistant and then with Chicago Title in 2004.

While working with different escrow officers for the last 14 years, she learned the tricks of all escrow trades from refinances, resale, REO, short sales and then some. She is always up for a challenge and her ability to multi-task, learn the product, and always keep the customer first has molded her into a well-rounded escrow officer.

Tina was born and raised in Stockton and graduated from A. A. Stagg High School in 1993, moved on to Delta College, and eventually received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Tina’s an admitted overachiever and an over thinker. She’s a born investigator which stems from being the daughter of a retired police officer. She is a happily married wife and mother of two energetic boys.

She truly believes she was Nancy Drew...or a D.J. in her past life.
